A Prayer Before Beginning

Here we are. At the beginning of a new chapter. Before we begin, let's offer up a word to our dear Lord.

A prayer before beginning:

Heavenly Father, I lift up these words to You. Through the trials of my life, I consistently trust that You are watching over and guiding me. I know You haven’t forgotten me. In my darkest moments, please speak Your holy peace over me. Please calm my restless soul. May these words touch all who need to read them.

Thank you for the gifts you have bestowed on me in this life. Both the ones I have received and the ones I have yet to receive.

In Jesus’ most precious name, Amen.
