Jesus knows exactly what will calm our restless hearts. The God of all Creation knows His created, and seeks to give you the rest you need. You simply must allow Him to help you.

The things of this world can rob us of precious time with the Lord. Work schedules and social calendars alike, while important, can take over. Beyond just going to church on Sundays, the Lord desires to have a relationship with us. And this relationship should be nurtured daily.

In the hustle and bustle of life, it can be easy to lose our way. Sometimes the path God wants us to walk is not always clear. However, if we allow Him to, Jesus will show us the way home.

May this seasonal change remind us all that no matter how busy life gets, we are always free to fall into God’s loving embrace. This rest will lead us to a more abundant life.

The Good Shepherd knows His sheep. He knows what they need, and the sheep know His voice. The shepherd and his flock are beautifully in harmony. And the Good Shepherd, “lays down his life for the sheep” (John 10:11). He will leave the ninety-nine to rescue the one: and that one is you.

Did you know that Jesus prayed for you? Yes, you, dear reader. He prayed for YOU.

We can be confident that it is safe to let the Lord into our lives.

This year does not have to be full of big goals and resolutions. Rather, it can simply be a year that we place our trust in God.

When has Jesus called you personally to Himself? Was it when you least expected it? Are you still waiting for His call?

Have you felt like you have been barely keeping afloat lately? Are you passing through the deep waters in your life? Does it feel like Jesus

“ Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” - Galatians 6:2, NRSV Jesus gave many directions during his three-year ministry. He gave us the beatitudes, moral lessons via parables, and encouraged us to serve one another . 1 Jesus healed the sick, exorcised the possessed, and taught thousands. A consistent overall message during Jesus’ ministry was the importance of our responsibility to serve one another. We are not meant to walk alone.

When earthly medicine fails, let us be reminded that God’s divine medicine prevails.

There is hope for a life after this one.

May we always seek Him to warm our souls and console our despair.

In Him, we will find the answers we seek, sometimes in the form of a gentle glow on the northern horizon.

It is critical that we pull the weeds out of our lives. Weeds that choke out our ability to hear God’s gentle voice.

"Do not be afraid of sudden panic. . . for the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught.” - Proverbs 3:25-26,

Have you ever been angry with God? Have you been confused by God? Even those who walked closest to Him didn't always know the plan.

For many months after my diagnosis, I felt ashamed and broken. It is my desire to emulate the Luke 8 woman, who had the courage to share.

Jesus desires to walk with us. However, life can often change our pace. He knows exactly what pace we need to walk at.

Sometimes the road ahead looks rocky. Sometimes we will not be equipped to face what is in front of us.

Sometimes the Lord calls us out into the deep.
